说说铜铝排管的焊接过程及质量分析
YI、HANJIEGONGYIGUOCHENG:
由于铜铝排管焊接主要发生在管材端部, 故只考虑两管端部附近的形状, 待焊接铜的端部是为锥形, 铝管一直为圆柱形, 焊接中, 铜管向铝管推进;当铜管装入铝管与其接触后, 接通焊接回路, 铜铝管之间发生大电流, 使得两管的接触面发热, 平均温度接近铝的熔点, 瞬时温度能达铝的熔点, 铜铝开始结合;铜管推进就位之时, 切断焊接回路, 等铜铝管结合牢靠之后, 焊接过程结束。
